Quality is a priority in AmArA´s activities. The general Objectives and indicators related to quality are recapped in the Quality policy defined by the AmArA's Executive Officer.

An outstanding quality in the service offered to our customers is the base of the company's activity, being this a future guaranty to obtain and maintain an important market share.

AmArA´s Quality Policy is based on the principle that every person in the organization is responsible for the quality of his performance and his personal results, which need to be focussed towards the achievement of the following general objectives:

  • Obtain full compliance to the clients´ needs, bearing in mind that the service offered and the delivered product are tools to create value for the client.
  • A continuous search for improvement as a principle, which guides the attitude and behaviour of all the members of the organization.
  • Having a strict and professional behaviour, in compliance with the norms and current legislation.
  • Improving continuously the efficiency of the company's processes in order to increase competitivity, efficiency and service.

With this purpose AmArA´s staff has to maintain the following guidelines:

  • Understand and satisfy their clients expectations, in the various processes of the organization, with the sole objective of obtaining their full satisfaction.
  • Indicate sufficient flexibility in order to adapt themselves to the customers requests.
  • Identify and eliminate the possible causes of deficiencies or defects in processes and procedures, contributing in this way to mayor efficiency in the Quality management system.

In order to comply with this quality policy, AmArA carries out its Quality Management by implementing a quality system which description can be found in the quality Manual. The above-mentioned Quality System complies with all the requirements of the international norm UNE.EN.ISO 9001:2000.
